Description	Here stands youth, encompassed by the physical combination of strength and dexterity, or so it would appear. Straight black hair streaks across his head, fashioned twice, once as a small ponytail that pushes perhaps three inches backward, and second as a loose flowing formation that falls down and back. The man's visage betrays what you might notice above, for his complexion is dark as well. With a facial structure of narrowed oval eyes and small features, they serve as to an ethnicity not native to Akar, or not apparently so. However, something totally foreign can be noticed across his face. Running down the bridge of his nose, and falling from its sides into the valleys below the eyes, is an intricately woven tattoo made of three thin lines. The attire worn is functionally suited for warfare, but retains the art many noblemen hold so dear even at the footstep of death eternal. A hardened leather breastplate covers his chest, while his shoulders are left bare. A red dragon is engraved into the middle of this armor-piece, filled with a red wax that catches the sun at its height. He wears a pair of gloved gauntlets, made of a substance not unlike his breastplate, while the many straps and ties hint to a multi-sectioned defense. Two garments encircle his waist. First and above, is a red sash, matching the red 'wax' dragon seated upon his chest. Wrapped around the waist, the excess material falls off to the right side, which hangs to the knee level. The second item is more traditional, being that of a belt, serving two practical purposes: to help hold tight his pants below, and to secure the wares that would be hung there as storage. The blue pants tuck neatly into a pair of boots that cover his feet. A brown sheath of average length hangs from his left side, a hilt of matching size protruding from it. A longer, yet slightly curved blade rests within a sheath over his back, the hilt conspicuous above his right shoulder.
Background	Born to Takyda Tszyu, a Hynsadian Monk and Captain of the Pearl Sail, Kostu Tszyu was given to his father's order to be raised upon birth. Raised and trained by Hynsadian Monks, Kostu learned their ways, and like his father would follow their doctrines. Upon his eighteenth birthday, Kostu chose the life of a Hynsad Wanderer, and his father's favor with Hida Otomi afforded him the chance to enroll at Impertu Nata. Kostu graduated with honors, soon taking up his role at sea, where he would become ambassador to Dremanow, and receive praise from many in Akar. The young man also served the Army in the later days of the conflict with Linsaki in the West, showing the skills of a Hynsadian Monk which had been nearly unheard of since the Rift War.
Rumors	The rumors surrounding Kostu Tszyu are not plentiful. It is said, however, the he is close to the Queen, Hida Otomi. The Radiant Dragon, named thusly amongst the Akarian Navy, often disappears upon his ship the Royal Patriarch. His ships whereabouts are often unknown, but many think it diverts from its destination of Dremanow, from time to time.
