Hi,
just wanted to make public I'm also interested, as I already wrote V.
I'll think about character ideas, but don't have any strong preferences, so I could fill any slots. Like the paired characters as well, so I hope there is a place left for me

I think it might be a nice idea to found our order in game ie we come together somehow and then see the need to form a faction.
Eanwulf: I will still play a dwarf, but probably do a pure cleric. There are many melee fighters anyway. I envision him as a kind of academic, very educated but sometimes a bit too bookwormish. He is in love with old lore and keeping it and so he tries to do anything to preserve knowledge (a bit like Brother William in the Name of the Rose).
It might be cool to be siblings or twins even...

I think, after talking to him briefly upon the matter, that Grimbold and I will be playing pure-strained dwarven characters. Both will most likely wind up being twinned siblings, Grimbold's that of a pure cleric and myself a monk.
So, unless something drastic happens go ahead and count us in for:
Eanwulf: Dwarf Monk
Grimbold: Dwarf Cleric

We must be twins. Fate has decreed it.

Alright, since we have two dwarves. I'm going to open up a Dwarf thread so we can talk about dwarfy things about the game.

If it's all right with you Vardaen, I think I might prefer to play an Elohim over a Thelonite elf, at least based on what you've posted on the Elohim. The whole secretive guardians of knowledge and keepers of the peace thing appeals to me.

Waiting on Grimbold's reply, but going to go with the names of either:
Torias (Grim) and Torrak (myself)
or...
Helias (Grim) and Helrak (myself)
The suffix -rak means "hammer" and -ias means "anvil" so together, we shall form the "Hammer and Anvil!
On a side-note, the prefixes Tor- means "soul" and Hel- means "god's or of the god's" and all is found in the "Races of Stone" under the Dwarven Language.
I really like the names Helias and Helrak myself as it would mean that we were the Hammer and Anvil of the Gods.
Now only to find a suiting surname or clan-name!

Hammerfist might be a good one...
"Helrak and Helias Hammerfist, at yer service!"

Will the pair from the pit be starting at the pit? This could effect some choices with my character idea.

Yeah, I figured as much, I just needed to make it clear there are 2 elf factions, not all of them are secret druids hidden in ancient havens away from the world.

We can take the dwarf chatter to the dwarf thread now.
MV: No, likely you'd already be fleeing away from the pit and we would catch up to you some point mid flight.

I don't have to be elf, I was going for the long-lived.
