Character: Seppun Oniji (Monk)

Game: L5R - Crimson Empire

Player: MadVlat

Oniji was a monk who's father disgraced himself, the disgrace effected his family and as a result his son grew up in a monatary and he was raised by the monks of the Temple of Ten Thousand Fortunes. Oniji joined the crusade against the Spy Master during the investigations into the deaths of three ise zume on the Isle of Spice and Silk. Eventually he traveled back in time with the others where he was instrumental in protecting The White Cliffs from the Gaijin invasion during the Battle of White Stag/Raging Seas. He gave his life to save the young shugenja Isawa Asahina who would one day go on to be Asahina and found the Crane Clan shugenja family. Without his sacrifice the Crane would be without shugenja and Rokugan would be very different.
