I think that's the picture for Gimble, the standard Bard they use for the various rulebooks. If you want to get a head shot of him, there's a good one in the Bard entry in the PH.

Yeah it is Gimble, though there are no images that I can find that doesn't have his gnomish ears rather prominent in them other than the one MV has provided. This being said, I came up with this for his approval.
