It is specifically written with d20 in mind, but from the review, it seems as if the generic concepts behind the ideas presented can be used in any game system.

Gamewyrd reviews Chaositech, which is partial biological, partial magical technology. These things can be used by characters, but it also uses them (ie: it really screws up game worlds).

GameWyrd has completed a review of a new game with an interesting premise: a|state review. This is a cyberpunk-ish fantasy game, similar in nature to Shadowrun (big corporations, messed up world), but mixed with a post-apocalyptic setting.
